Do you have passion for sales development and want to challenge yourself? We are looking for a Channel Manager in our Horeca sales team to further develop our co-operation with customers. You design and provide our KAM team with category sell-in plan as a basis for our customer plan. You work closely with our marketing teams to ensure the best result for our customers. You act as our channel & category expert towards our customers.
As a Channel Manager your key areas of responsibilities in chosen segments and customers are
co-operation with our key customers in Horeca
creation of yearly channel plan
creation and delivery of chosen category development programs
planning of yearly activations and lead category execution
creation of execution standards for field sales teams and follow up performance
working closely with our KAM and brand teams to ensure yearly plan delivery
category budget delivery in chosen channel & categories
We expect you to have
minimum 3 – 4 years of experience working in category management, sales or marketing preferably in FMCG environment
a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. business administration)
strong analytical skills and ability to discuss category development with customers
preferably experience in trade marketing
good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint
fluent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Finnish
good influencing (internal & external) through creative thinking and communication
winner attitude with customer driven mindset
